“I trained on my own for many years, but found the results to be inadequate for the effort I had to put in. In 2008 my first breakthrough came when I joined Hennie’s special program of dieting and training for optimal results. I experienced an impressive improvement in the results, but must caution that results also depend on the commitment of the person in training.  I enrolled in the Body Fitness program and competition in 2010, which of course, I found to be more intensive than the normal training program. I could see a tremendous improvement in her training results within six weeks.

The proof is in the pudding, and with that being said, I won the IFBB North Novices Competition in April 2010. My lifestyle changed for the better and my eating plan has improved considerably since I joined the training program offered by Hennie. Through the constant focus on improvement of weak points, I have been able to develop a more balanced training regime and as a result now have a well balanced body.

It improved my self esteem tremendously. I haven’t stopped with my recent success at the IFBB, but have also enrolled in the IFBB Gauteng North Provincials which will be held in August 2010. Before I joined his training program, I did about 30 minutes of weight training and 30 minutes of cardio training for five days a week. I have intensified training as preparation for the competition to 45 minutes of weights and two hours of cardio training for six days a week.

I can recommend Hennie because of his experience as proven by the fact that he has been in the industry for more than ten years. He has done the same training with excellent results. If you want to prepare for a competition or want to get into shape, you will get results at Hennie if you are willing to do your part. The whole program is great because it works!”

Throughout my bodybuilding career I would say a big challenge for me was to prove that conditioning rules and not size.

I train 5 to 6 days per week. I prefer to train 1 muscle group per day and I totally exhaust that group with 4 - 5 exercises.
