Hennie has been training since 1998 after H. Hurtler introduced him to bodybuilding in the year of 1997. Since then natural bodybuilding has become his way of life, with family, health and fitness being the primary models to stand by.

No one can tell you with more conviction how beneficial weight training is to your state of health than Hennie Kotze. Training Schedule

Throughout my bodybuilding career I would say a big challenge for me was to prove that conditioning rules and not size.

I train 5 to 6 days per week. I prefer to train 1 muscle group per day and I totally exhaust that group with 4 - 5 exercises.
