Important Bodybuilding Fitness Training Tips

Fitness training goes hand in hand with bodybuilding. You will most certainly not be able to lift 100lb. bench presses for several times if you are not fit. With that in mind the training provided by Hennie Kotze also includes specific fitness training for specific muscle groups and overall fitness.

Fitness training, however, is far more than just cardio exercises. For such there are more than enough tips on the Internet. No, fitness training is a lifestyle which includes both cardio and muscle training. For one, you will not be able to undertake any prolonged fitness training if you don’t also ensure regular replenishment with water. You need water for hydration, proper cell functioning, and detoxification. Water should thus be an important part of any fitness and health training program.

Another tip for fitness and bodybuilding training worth remembering is to progressively add more weight as you train. Your body will eventually get used to a specific weight and will need some pushing if you want to gain more muscle. Unlike the popular notion that you will just have to train harder to get results, you may sometimes need to do less and do it correctly.

Sleep well and you will be rested. A well rested body in turn, will be more inclined to respond with what is required of it. If you don’t sleep enough, your bodybuilding fitness training program will come to nothing. Sleep eight hours straight to ensure that your muscles develop. If you don’t sleep enough you will be overly tired and unable to do the various workouts in the fitness training program. It can also lead to obesity rather than muscle building.

If you want to build muscle as part of a fitness training program it will be necessary to stimulate more than one major muscle group at a time. This will ensure growth not only in the specific muscle group, but also throughout the rest of the body. Training Schedule

Throughout my bodybuilding career I would say a big challenge for me was to prove that conditioning rules and not size.

I train 5 to 6 days per week. I prefer to train 1 muscle group per day and I totally exhaust that group with 4 - 5 exercises.
