When looking at bodybuilder pictures it is often hard for the novice to distinguish exactly what it is that judges look at in a body. One important factor is that of lean body mass. Judges look at the definition of the muscles and also don’t want to see any fat. To get such a look requires determination, loads of correct training, and a well worked out eating plan for off season and competition season periods.

You will do well to watch the numerous bodybuilding training videos at our site of which many are also from other well-known bodybuilders. Seeing how something must be done, how not, and how to best do it, will be far better than just watching bodybuilder pictures and reading articles about it.

The bodybuilder pictures should be studied and each of the muscle groups marked. Set your goals accordingly, watch the various bodybuilding videos, read the tips and articles, and follow instructions from the experts. When you are ready to move from home training to more professional training, contact Hennie Kotze. As IFBB PRO, Hennie has proven that he has the knowledge to teach you.
